Daniel is the founder, President, and Chief Patent Prosecutor of Boudwin Intellectual Property Law who is licensed to practice federal patent law in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), as well as local matters in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Daniel has owned and managed his boutique intellectual property law firm for more than a decade. From the moment he started the firm, Daniel placed emphasis on a business model that differs from traditional law firms. He establishes long term relationships with his clients, rarely billing clients by the hour, while still providing them all the assistance and attention they need to accomplish their goals.

Over the course of his practice, Daniel has worked with thousands of inventors acquiring patents and assisting them in capitalizing on their inventions. Daniel has a broad range of technical expertise and has worked on patents ranging from simple consumer products to complex mechanical, electrical, software, chemical, material, aerospace and other types of inventions Apart from intellectual property related matters (primarily patents, trademarks, and copyrights), Daniel supports his clients in fields of law relating to their intellectual property projects including contracts, licensing, Intellectual Property enforcement and various business law matters, amongst other subjects. Today, Daniel acts primarily as an intellectual property consultant, where he assists his clients in strategically planning intellectual property development that is necessary for their objectives, as well as the proper practical and business approaches that should be taken to accomplish these objectives and succeed.
